Aloha, I’m Abbey!
I’m the founder and lead photographer behind Abbey Gray Photography. My journey began in Maryland, where I started my business filming weddings before moving to Los Angeles and eventually making Oahu home in 2022.
Today, I photograph families, couples, proposals, maternity sessions, seniors, and intimate celebrations across the island. I love creating images that feel natural, romantic, and connected while helping clients feel comfortable throughout the experience.
Oahu’s beaches, mountains, and tropical landscapes have become such an important part of my work and I feel incredibly lucky to document meaningful moments for people visiting and living here.
Meet Matt
Matt is a photographer and part of the Abbey Gray Photography team, helping with sessions, proposal setups, and behind-the-scenes logistics. Outside of photography, you’ll usually find him surfing, playing volleyball, or spending time at the beach.
His calm, easygoing personality helps clients feel comfortable, and he brings a relaxed presence to every session while helping create the same experience and style Abbey Gray Photography is known for.

Whether you’re planning family photos, a surprise proposal, or another meaningful session on Oahu, our goal is to make the experience feel relaxed, organized, and personal. Abbey oversees the creative direction and final editing so every gallery stays consistent with the style of Abbey Gray Photography.
